A HackCulture product

HirePrise is built by HackCulture. Candidates work inside a real project, then you get a report on whether to hire.

The product name is HirePrise. It is HackCulture’s coding assessment and technical interview platform: an engineering round in a working codebase, a DSA round when you want fundamentals, and an interview generated from the candidate’s own diff.

HirePrise came out of HackCulture’s hiring work. Hackathons show how someone builds. Everyday screens were still puzzles and proctored coding tests, and those rounds were not telling hiring managers who could do the job. HirePrise puts that real-work round into a timed assessment any team can send: a problem in a real codebase, an interview on what they built, and a report a hiring manager can act on.

HackCulture’s own site is hackculture.io.
